TERMS & CONDITIONS. Cancellation Policy

To make a booking we require the payment of the deposit of 300 euros of thetotal amount.

 The total amount should be paid not later than 40 days before the beginning of the retreat.

If the total amount is not paid until this time limit Villa Epicurea has the right to cancel the booking and to keep the deposit.

The refunds are made in accordance with the following conditions only:

Cancellation made 60 days or more in advance of arrival date = Full Refund

Cancellation made between 40 and 15 days before of arrival date = 50% of the total amount is refunded

Cancellation made between 15 days or less of arrival date = No refund issued, full amount of booking due

If the Participant wishes to hire any additional service (e.g. extra nights, extra food, massage or activity, etc.) offered by the Villa Epicurea, the total amount shall be paid no later than 10 days before the commencement of the retreat.
